Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the FarmBuddy mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service
FarmBuddy is a farm management application designed to help farmers organize and manage their agricultural operations. The App allows users to track farms, equipment, livestock, tasks, and related information.

Subscription Information
FarmBuddy offers a subscription-based service with the following details:

  • Subscription Name: FarmBuddy Pro

  • Subscription Length: Monthly (recurring)

  • Price: $4.99 per month

  • Features: Unlimited access to all farm management features including unlimited farms, vehicles, equipment, small engines, livestock, and premium functionality

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through your App Store account settings. No cancellation of the current subscription period is allowed.

Use License
FarmBuddy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or commercial farming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your device

  • All activities that occur under your use of the App

  • Ensuring the accuracy of data you input into the App

  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

Data Ownership and Privacy
You retain all rights to your data. FarmBuddy does not collect, store, or transmit your personal or farm data. All information remains solely on your device. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information on data handling.

Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FarmBuddy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. FarmBuddy does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FarmBuddy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

Modifications to Service
FarmBuddy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the App.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the 'Last Updated' date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
